Bridgeland is a masterfully planned community of 11,400 acres in northwest Houston. Once complete, it will boast 20,000 homes for 65,000 residents. Developers have created a haven for nature enthusiasts with more than 3,000 acres devoted to lakes, trails and open space - all while offering stately homes priced from $230,000 to $1 million+.

A hub for the community is Lakeland Activity Center, which includes tennis courts, a resort-style pool, spray pad, playground, fitness center and a 6,000-square-foot community center. Students are zoned to the acclaimed Cypress-Fairbanks ISD. A multi-school educational village that’s under construction now will offer 1-million square-feet of learning space for 6,000 students throughout four-story Bridgeland High School, a three-story middle school and a two-story elementary campus.

For these reasons, Bridgeland was recognized as the 2016 Developer of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders.
