    Houston was the fourth city selected in January 2011, through a partnership with the City of Houston and operates out of Houston Community College Alief Hayes Campus.

    Minimum Requirements: Must be the business owner/Co-Owner, 2 years in operation, $150,000. in revenues and 4 employees (may include Owner/Co-Owner.
