Comeback Trail 5K - National Stroke Association

The National Stroke Association's Comeback Trail is a national event celebrating the physical, mental, and spiritual journey of stroke recovery. The Comeback Trail is open to both walkers and runners. While there is no fee to register, we encourage participants to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness in their community. Team up with family, friends, co-workers, and loved ones to support stroke survivors and their circle of care.
